Jennifer was invited by her then Realtor, Eduardo Fritis, to join him in the real estate industry. After joining, Jennifer's passion for "looking" turned into a genuine skill for searching for property, understanding what people are looking for and finding it. Jennifer's patience, attention to detail and enthusiasm are qualities that are enjoyed by her Team and clients.
Jennifer is someone who has a big smile and a way of being with people that puts them at ease immediately. Jennifer has done extensive training in communication leaving her with extraordinary communication and listening skills. Jennifer strives to give people clarity throughout the real estate process, and to guide smoothly with care and enthusiasm.
Jennifer now lives, works and plays in Vancouver's Westside Kitsilano. She, her two children and two "tuxedo" cats (Mork & Mindy) thoroughly love living in Kits. Jennifer enjoys curling up with a good book on her own or with her two children. She also likes being active and motivating others to take up exercise - Steve Nash Fitness World in Vancouver and Richmond - treadmilling, eliptical trainer, weights most days. Jennifer did her first Polar Bear Swim at English Bay in 2010 and used it as a platform to inspire and lead her friends and people around her to take on something new for the new year.
Jennifer directed her attention to inspiring others to get active and join her in running or walking the Sun Run in May. Many people have joined in by training for the Sun Run or setting new physical fitness goals for themselves, and sticking to them!! Jennifer also likes to spend time playing squash, sailing and biking in the neighborhood and down to Spanish Banks with the kids.
Jennifer is an active volunteer at General Gordon Elementary School in the Recycling Division of the school PAC, and is a co-creator of the Shoes for the World initiative.
