Eduardo Fritis

Angelo Agustin Lavaggi of Italian, German and Spanish descent was born in South America, Lima-Peru, the lands of The Inca Empire; attended elementary and secondary school in Lima and New Jersey. After graduation he became a private pilot and attended Universidad De Lima. He worked a couple of summers as a commercial fisherman in Ketchikan Alaska. His passion for people drove him to tourism operating tours in Peru.

In 1988 he came to Canada worked for Toyota and Key lease Canada, soon after he opened and operated a maintenance company taking care of provincial landscaping contracts management and building maintenance.

Angelo’s love for sports drove him to devote his time to coaching soccer and equestrian techniques to young people in his community.

After a fatal car accident, Angelo (prompted by good friends) studied real estate trading and management at The University of British Columbia, he became a Realtor.

In 1994 Angelo Agustin was granted the Broker Agent 9.15 and management designation; he opened and operated his own real estate company with eleven team members in Prince George in 1997.

Once in Vancouver in 2003, Angelo continued his career in real estate as well as coaching other Realtors and real estate companies the concept of team.
